1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing the SahayakAI Chrome extension or using sahayakai.co.in, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not install or use our services.

2. Description of Service

SahayakAI is a productivity helper and voice-assistant tool designed to assist registered sellers in searching active bids, setting up automated WhatsApp alerts, analyzing compliance requirements, and organizing product catalogue details. It acts as an automation overlay to simplify navigation on the government e-marketplace (Gem India) portal.

3. Official Government Disclaimer & Non-Affiliation

⚠️ SahayakAI is an INDEPENDENT utility software. We are NOT associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with the government e-marketplace (Gem India), the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, or any other Indian government department.

The official portal is accessible at https://gem.gov.in. All transactions, bidding regulations, registrations, and official portal updates must be performed directly on the official Gem portal website in compliance with government rules.

4. AI and Data Limitations

SahayakAI utilizes artificial intelligence (AI) and automated network requests to compile and present information.

• AI Error Margins: AI models can make errors or overlook details. You must manually check and verify any L1 eligibility, category selection, or pricing suggestions before placing bids.
• Network Delays: Portal data retrieved by the automation server can occasionally be delayed or mismatched due to server issues or network congestion.

5. Permitted Use & Account Security

You agree to use SahayakAI solely for lawful business purposes in compliance with the Gem portal Terms of Use. You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials, passwords, and OTPs secure. SahayakAI does not collect, record, or request your official login credentials.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SahayakAI, its developers, or its team be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of business, bids, or profits) arising out of the use or inability to use the helper extension, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our service, or terminate your license to use the extension, at any time without notice. You can terminate these terms by uninstalling the extension and removing all configuration data.

8. Plans, Billing & Subscriptions

SahayakAI offers a Free plan and paid subscription plans (currently Starter, Pro and Growth).

• Prices are shown on our Pricing page in Indian Rupees (₹) and are exclusive of applicable taxes (including GST) unless stated otherwise.
• Paid plans are billed on a monthly basis, in advance. A paid plan remains active for the billing period for which payment has been received. Where auto-renewal is enabled, the plan renews automatically for successive periods until you cancel; you may cancel at any time.
• Payments are processed through a third-party payment gateway (such as Razorpay). We do not store your full card or bank-account details.
• Each plan includes usage limits for certain features (for example, the number of tender/PDF analyses per month). Usage beyond your plan's limits may require an upgrade, and we may apply reasonable fair-use limits to protect the service.
• Government, statutory and third-party charges — including GeM caution money / security deposit, EMD, ePBG and any government fees — are NOT included in any SahayakAI plan.
• We may change plans, features and pricing from time to time; such changes will not affect a plan period you have already paid for.

9. Refunds & Cancellations

You can cancel your paid plan at any time. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

10. No Guarantee of Results

SahayakAI is a productivity and information tool. We do not guarantee that you will win any bid, secure any order, or achieve any particular business result. Bid outcomes depend on many factors outside our control — including your pricing, documents, eligibility and the buyer's decisions on the official Gem portal.
